The list includes such typical proofs of identification that most people will have access to, such as: passport, ration card, Voter ID, driving license or PAN card. Utility bills (as long as they are not more than 3 months old) are acceptable as proof of name and address.

As soon as your change of request form has been received and processed, you will be sent confirmation by email, SMS and post.

    Kindly, refer application dated Dec 2016 regarding correction in Aadhar Card No 536505746796 ,Enrolement No.1234/10480/02615 Date 31/08/2010 15:5:00, But so far no any response/information received till date.

    As per my Aadhar card No. 7154 6539 1062 my name has been entered as
    Vaithiyanathan S/o Krishna Iyer, whereas in the PAN Card issued by Incometax Departrment my name is KRISHNAIYER VAIDYANATHAN Vide AAAPV1371P.

    The linking between Aadhar card and PAN car so fard has not been successful so far.. Please help
